It rained last night. As some of you might know, there is a drought in progress in middle Europe. People are hoping for a monsoon like rain to save the day. I’ve also heard roomers about Sahara dust hanging around here. We are doomed! After observing the night sky a little I came across several strange occurrences and to this seconds I’m looking for explanations. All this could make me fall into a deep conspiracy caused and self infused summer hibernation because it doesn’t seem safe out there anymore. Where have the days of carelessness gone?
Jadenchong has been busy but unfortunately not by helping me doing essential digging. I shall call her out one last time: Jadenchong, get your game on!
Okay so that is done. It’s been causing me sleepless nights, therefore I had to set the record straight and make room for more important subjects. It seems like I’m slowly loosing it and by it I mean my intellectual inspiration. It’s become harder since I lost Jaden to the dark side. Meanwhile the world is gently coming to a hard stop and it seems like everyone is rolled into a blanket burrito pretending to do home office while I’m struggling to keep things going.
Whatever happened in Mongolia is a thought I had at the dinner table last night. So I put my fist down and put my nose into it. If you think there will be some unread and unspread information following this announcement let me tell you not to get excited. It’s too early on my journalistic journey and I’m yet to discover something big. Also let me remind you that I have been let down by all my employees and if you’re thinking where the heck is David the lemon – I can certainly answer that one. Dave has turned into a shrunken head and I am not able to see his face anymore. Due to this slow-motioned transition I’m a bit thrown off my own game.
Mongolia is struggling just like the rest of us although they have been able to keep regular flu infections down 90% following a lockdown due to the current virus spread. It made me think. Maybe this isolation is not as bad as we though. Maybe it’s a good thing. Maybe it’s wrong to kiss strangers awkwardly on the cheeks. Maybe it’s wrong to stand in line breathing down another’s neck. Maybe we’re not meant to step on each other’s toes during late hours on a weekend in a dark and crowded space. Maybe nature is trying to show us our real nature. Distancing has showed me one thing so far. The further we are away from each other the more our recognition receptors connect. Estrangement has brought us closer. And although we might feel the need to socialize again as it was before, it might never actually go back to that. And taking this fact even further I could say that is why technology has gone as far as it has. We don’t need to leave our homes for anything. Yet we are still connected without coughing within physical presence. It’s a tricky thing isn’t it? Slowly we start to carefully choose the ones we will hug next which will be followed by proper sterilization since that person will be in the back of our heads for roughly about 14 days otherwise. We open our little physical circle keeping it tight while the social network circles are expanding. Encouragement and support has gone across borders and brought us closer together not only as friends or as a nation – as humans. Okay so this speech went a bit further than I planned it therefore I will talk about Miss Rambos birthday and everything around it tomorrow as it unfolds.
