Hello, the main subject today is “things we never asked for”.

Dating has never been so hard. Once again we are locked up. Saying hi to a random person is an immediate commitment at this point. You hold the door open for me? Put a ring on that finger.

But we slowly getting used to the scenery and people starting to bully one another again on public transport. Listening to other humans argue has never been so freeing. It gives me a sense of how life used to be and I cling to it. Two more things I realized during my quarantine time:

1 I have a neat collection of hoodies and throw-overs now for each situation you could possibly encounter in an urban apartment. Sleep, before sleep, mailman, after sleep, couch hanging, office hanging and after shower chilling. I love it and I will stick to it.

2 Never install updates. If something goes wrong you will spend the day, the week or who knows how long without entertainment.

Who else is done with shit nobody asked for? If you’re thinking “me” you get my point. Bigheads and Knowitalls seem to be taking over the world. It’s a nightmare.

Social Media. It’s the thing I had to push myself onto back in the days ‘cause my former management wanted me to do something for the fans. Now it has become a birthright. It has become the place to be YOU somehow; although it is the furthest from ourselves we could possibly be, to present our personality and even create the way we look. The young generation does not talk. But they post private pictures on social media. Very private pictures. They feel unheard and unseen. It’s the misunderstanding of the century. Social Media stands for SM. And SM stands for hurting. Influencers a.k.as influenza. Research. It’s Latin and it makes us sick.

There’s another question I’ve stumbled upon a while ago. Why did tourism on the moon never get hyped? Trips to the moon instead of Disney land. It should have been acknowledged. But it seems like no one even tried. Why not. Is the reason the missing souvenir shops up there?

Gift Mentality. Have you ever notice a pattern in people giving presents as an upfront fuckup gesture? An in case investment? I have and I don’t know how to feel about it.

So they have been posting a direct number for women in immediate need for help when assulted. It is about 7000 Numbers long. I think I might get murdered 2 times at least before I’ll be able to dial it.

One more unasked advise for the ladies out there: don’t ever make decisions on your period. Just don’t do it. Not while you’re PMSing, not on your light days and definitely not on your heavy days. That will probably leave you with round about one week for important decisions and another 3 days for not so important decisions. That might actually be the reason why there are so many knuckleheads offering their unasked opinions and decision-making skills online. They will know what you need before you need it. Just pick a colour. And then post a private picture with it on SM. And then end up being to shy to talk to someone in real life. Hide behind that phone. Talk to Siri. Change the voice into a male voice. Pretend someone cares. Torture away.
